  • All past data lost

    With the latest update I went to login and it asked to create a password. It seems to have created a whole new account so now all of my past results are gone. Very disappointed. Cannot believe the servers don’t recognize my phone number to sync up my data.

  • Unreliable and Unresponsive. Don’t waste your money.

    I’ve been using the InBody app for months to track my body composition, but recently, I was suddenly logged out without any reason. When I tried to log back in, the app kept saying my password was wrong. I attempted to reset my password multiple times, but the app wouldn’t allow it.

    I reached out to their support team through multiple help emails, but I received no response at all. This lack of customer support is incredibly frustrating, especially since the InBody scan relies entirely on the app to function. Without access to the app, the InBody device is essentially useless.

    Overall, this app has been a huge disappointment. If you’re considering investing in InBody, I would advise against it. Don’t waste your money on a product with such poor app support and unreliable functionality.

  • Confirm Password

    Have used this a lot but recently can’t get into the app as says I need to re-confirm password. I enter the password and it doesn’t work with no way to reset it. App now useless and no way to access all previous test results.

    Edit - updated rating. Developer responded with a fix (OS update) and it works like a dream!

    I’ve used lots of bad apps and UIs. I generally suffer through them, because I can’t make them better. But this was awful. I couldn’t even enter my password as a new user. If you want me to confirm the thing, perhaps grant a functional text box in which to enter it.

  • App is made so poorly that it’s impossible to sign in

    If I try to verify my email, I get an verification email that that has me click something to verify. After telling me that verification was a success and I should go back to app to continue, I go to the app to be told to repeat the verification. I’ve done this many times; I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading; I’ve tried turning my phone on and off et cetera.

    Eventually I realized the app was made so poorly that it would never be possible for me to sign in. I’m not surprised it’s rated 2.33 on the App Store; even people somehow able to sign in clearly were faced with a completely disfunctional mess of an app.

  • Can’t get past registering

    I note someone else commented with same issue, have to verify email and then goes around in a loop and don’t get past that screen

  • Password Reset Bug

    There is a bug that made me waste time when trying to login. When you reset your password and you’re done entering the password a second time, make sure to not click “Done” on the keyboard, instead tap anywhere on the screen to make the keyboard disappear, in order to click the “Confirm” button. Otherwise, an error “Passwords do not match” will prevent you from resetting your password, even though they do match.

  • H30 시리즈는 등록도 안되나요

    H30NWi 모델을 샀는데 앱 기기등록 목록에 H20시리즈만 있고 30시리즈는 아예 없어요. 체중계 등록이 아예 안됩니다. 되게 해주세요
