Just wondering when H30 will be available to on the app? Can’t use the app at all (only H20 is available)H30 please
Don’t even waste your time trying to change your password
I’ve been doing inbody scans for more than two years, and for some reason the InBody app has logged me out for the very first time. I don’t remember my password and have attempted to reset it now for two days. The requirements listed on the reset Password page are illogical and any attempt to meet the requirements fails. It continually says passwords do not match. They clearly don’t have great security because I’m actually able to copy and paste matching passwords into each slot so I know that there is some sort of bug or issue with the system. You guys should do way better than this with communication and security. Unacceptable.Show lessmerebellen

Can’t even log in anymore
I put in my cellphone number (same as one used when doing a scan) and it tells me it’s the first time using the app - which it’s not. Yet when it asks for my email it tells me my email is already registered and to use a different email. I’ve only got one email and phone number so can’t create a new account, honestly just rubbish that you can’t even log in anymore. Waste of timeShow lessLucymartin24
Fix it
Can‘t log in anymore. UI doesn’t allow more than 17 characters in the password field and it’s also impossible to select a password from the keychain because that overwrites the phone number with my email._mbsta_
해외어플엔 왜 H30이 안뜰까요…
사용하려고 한국에서 갖고왔는데 캐나다 어플에선 안떠서 남감하네요. 언제 업데이트 되나요…?
I purchased H30 which is the newest version from Korea and realized that this model does not pop up in the app I downloaded from Canadian App store. Please update this asap.ixvvixi

Suggestion for Dashboard Display
It’s a bit jarring when your body fat is within a healthy range but the texts that say your weight and skeletal muscle mass are above average are highlighted in red, suggesting that is a bad thing.
If possible, highlight the text in red if body fat percentage is excessively high, but highlight it in green or another colour if the skeletal muscle mass is high and the body fat percentage is low.Show lessTakeThisNickname!

Sorry for the inconvenience. If your InBodyH30 device is from Korea other than other countries, you could not pair your device with InBody App. If not, please proceed with updating InBody App or reinstalling it again. Thank you.Love this app I’ve been using it for years
I’m very surprised to see negative reviews about this app. I use the inbody for my own personal goals and for my clients and I’ve been using this for years. We essentially track the overall weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass and body fat percentage. As a trainer, I don’t really need anything else (scale-wise) to track progress. I hope that any bugs that users are experiencing are resolved. In my experience this is the best body fat percentage tracker on the market.Show lesslegendaryxz
