  • Registering via app has bad UX

    I’m afraid I can’t comment on how this app operates past the signup process, as I can’t get past it. Most of the fields don’t have any tagging to allow auto filling it from your phone. The show stopper for me was that the confirm password box does not allow pasting from password managers (like keychain). this means I would either have to pick a week password (making my data available to anybody who wamted to take a look), or give up. i’m going to have a look and see if there is a way of doing this through the web instead

  • Inaccurate

    I’m a bodybuilder and done a scan 6 weeks apart to see how accurate it will be reading muscle mass increase… told me my muscle mass has gone down despite me actually putting muscle size on… and even though it read my body fat as the lower end of average I’m still being classed as overweight despite muscle mass quite far above average

  • Unreliable to connect with home scale and app set up is awful

    I have the home scale, and as of end of Jan ‘23 the app won’t connect to it at all. After deleting and downloading the app again, the whole login process is changed - based on phone number not my prior userID. And the password set up process doesn’t allow you to insert the auto generated strong password saved from iPhone So it’s a mess. my history is likey not going show up since the login ID is different, if I can get through the login process at all. Considering the scale cost $370 and it’s this much of a problem after 6 months I’m beyond disappointed.

Our team would be than happy to assist with connecting your scale to your app. Regarding using your ID, our app has always used your mobile number instead of a userID, however, we can see if we can recover your account if it was registered to an email address.   • disconnect an old device issue

    Seems like there’s no way to disconnect a old device say InBody270 to link to a new InBody570 machine so the new data can only be added to the app manually by QRcode

    Will there eventually be a fix around this?
  • Apple Health sync not working

    Installed the app, scanned myself on a device and got a reading. Went through the steps to sync to Apple Health and it won’t work. Checked the privacy settings, allowed all data, restarted my phone. Tried it all again. Nothing. :(
  • Data is good, but not user friendly

    FIrst, fix the sync with Apple Health so i can come this data with other Apps and share with my doctor and trainer. Also to sync with myFitnessPal.

    Second, allow the user to set units, specifically Calories versus kiloJoules.

    Other than that it was relatively easy to setup the app and receive data from the fancy scale at the Gym.

  • Does what it says on tin - but…

    When will the option to sync the app data taken from the machine direct to Apple Health. I’m sure I’m not missing something, but if I am can you please advise how to do this.
  • Pretty Useless Overall

    This app does not sync with Apple Health so it’s not very useful in that regard. I hoped the InBody machines would maybe sync with Apple Health but they don’t. Most of the InBody machines don’t even sync to this app so I am actually not sure what I would use this for. Please actually add some useful functionality to this app so someone might have a reason to use it.

  • App won’t let me access my data

    It asks me sign up and register with out allowing to do it in the app or on the Inbody website. Looks like I will have to continue to print off the data on paper at my local gym. Why have an app if you can’t register?
  • Phone number bugs

    Impossible to enter an Australian mobile number so can’t import data.
