  • Security not great

    When creating your account, the app does not allow you to copy and paste passwords from a password manager, making it less secure. Not a great idea for an app that has health data.

  • Not well developed

    Stuck in a registration loop due to poor design.

    I entered my phone number in, then my email address in and then verified it.
    I used one password to select a password but the app wouldn’t let it confirm, copy and paste doesn’t work either, after a few failed attempts to remember and re-input a complex password whilst in the gym I gave up.

    Now I’m home with a pen and paper (how quaint) I am stuck at login as my email is already verified. Poor design and unusable. This company has some of my data now and I’ve no way to get it back. It’s shocking GDPR.

    Whoever is developing this needs to do some real life testing actually in the gym. The UX is awful. I’d give it minus star rating if I could
    This should be seamless and allow the keychain /vault to do its thing. There should be a reset button too.

    I now have to spend some precious time emailing this company to sort this out.

  • Don’t rely on this

    I joined the gym 1.5 years ago and despite doing g regular exercise 4 times a week and eating well the numbers on the app show that my fat level is in the red and my fitness has gone worse, how’s this possible???I am 1.68 m tall and weigh 60kgs, size 10 in clothing. I am really fit but the app says I have some obesity and I lost muscle when I have been working out regularly. Don’t rely on this app as it will only give you anxiety!

  • Unable to access app since app upgrade

    Used a four digit pin to secure app and data, but since upgrade of app the pin has stopped working and I cannot access app and data

  • Won’t sync and now I can’t log back in

    I couldn’t get the app to sync with the InBody machine so logged out. Now I can’t log back in because it’s saying my email has been used before. No idea where to go from here. Any ideas?

  • Cannot Log Back In

    For whatever reason I was automatically logged out of the app. When I came back and used the password I created at sign up, the app said incorrect password. I proceeded to follow the reset password instructions and I made sure I typed the password correctly two times and followed the requirements, but the app said passwords don’t match. I tried this several times and it still didn’t work. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, same issues as I mentioned above. This app is garbage. I contacted “customer service” based on an email provided in other reviews, but they’re unresponsive. Again, trash app if they can’t easily allow end users to navigate their info.

  • Unable to register

    I’ve tried redownloading the app and it still won’t let me register my account. I’ve been able to click send and resend the verify and it won’t go through and yes I’ve made sure I’ve I’m using the right email, checked spam and junk, and even tried my backup emails. Until I’m able to login properly this app doesn’t deserve any credit since it doesn’t do anything for me at the moment

  • Poor

    I can’t judge what the app does, because I didn’t get past the very poorly implemented signup process. The password control doesn’t allow the default interactions with autofill and password managers, or even the clipboard, so it is very insecure.
    The worst part is that there’s reviews pointing out that exact problem 2 years ago. So, even if a developer’s response will appear below this, I don’t really expect any improvement of this situation.
    It’s a shame, since the device itself and the analysis are actually nice.

  • Not even got into it yet!

    Trying to set up an account has been a real battle so far! They have blocked pasting and it refuses to work with Apple keychain. Sure it’ll be great once I get in!
  • can’t enter in new results

    I cannot manually enter in new scan results because the number pad sits over the confirm button.
