  • What monstrosity is this ?

    You can do money transfer even to existing beneficiaries ! I spoke to my RM and they said it’s for my account safety. What’s the point of this app if you cannot transact ?

  • Delayed transfer

    Usually the app has been excellent- however we have had a transfer stuck for over 2 weeks now for a significant sum of money.
    Hope it will be resolved soon - not much response from hsbc net payments team
  • FaceID does not work on Iphones

    Trying to activate FaceID on the app is a night mare, it keeps saying to deactivate the other profile on the device to activate this, but i don’t have another profile on the device.

  • App is useless

    The app is useless. There are so many features on HSBCnet that are not available on the app. My regular payees don’t show up on the app so I can’t make any payments on the go. All I can do is loon at my account. Uselss

  • Missing debit transactions

    The app does not show the next day debit transactions. What use is a banking app that doesn’t show transactions ?
  • Pin sentry

    Why do I need to use a pin sentry! Might as well just use the website. Saves no time
  • Do not use this bank

    Customer service is non existent as none of the agents have the ability to actually resolve problems they just generate tickets that go to departments customers are not allowed to speak to so nothing gets done in a timely manner if at all

    Please update the app so we can use it in ios17

  • Bad app

    A really bad app. Sends notifications which are pointless and no relevance. No logical flow to menu structure. Just poor.
