  • Absolute garbage worst remote deposit feature of any app I’ve used

    Mobile deposit is a nightmare. Between the camera sending a black and white pic, not identifying a signature or missing courtesy amount and all the other stupid errors to scan a check

  • I can not use it with my new iPhone 15 pro max

    Any idea why?
  • Hate with a passion

    I use this App for work as a bank approver. I loath using it. Up until 2 weeks ago ACH payment approvals no longer work properly on my iPhone. The App is slow to use and why, sweet Jesus, why, must I add a pin to authenticate after the App has FaceID switched on. If it were my decision, I’d move our company bank accounts to another bank. This App has been rubbish for years - I’ve only now been frustrated enough to vent.

    It’s rubbish, notifications happen hours after they are sent. Very poor from a supposedly big bank

  • Absolutely Terrible

    Cannot e-transfer, deposit cheques or really anything with this app. You can only check your balance. They use this app as a verification tool when using your PC. Cannot say enough bad things about it. I will find another bank.

    I cannot access any of the details to my account. I cannot etransfer nor transfer funds to my personal account. I have had three different people try to set this up. The fusion was so efficient and net is a frustration

  • Outdated, slow, barely fit for purpose

    See above - one of the most frustrating apps I have the displeasure of using. SO SLOW!
