Update needed
With the new iOS formats unfortunately this app no longer works. Which is extremely unfortunate because this closed network device is amazing for traveling. Would love to continue to use this product, unfortunately without the app update the Monster OTG device is only good for a small battery backup for my other devices. Please update. 2 stars for still being able to use the battery otherwise 1 star at this point in time.Show lessPlease upgrade

Equipment is junk without an update. So much for customer support. Monster does not support it’s legacy equipment that requires updating.Scot R Smith

So tell me do you intend to update your App so that we in the world of consumers can continue to use your products or not. You just can’t get us to buy your products and then drop us off on the side of the road. I know new products has been introduced since you started but the fact of the matter is I can past this on to my family to use. So please let’s get to the drawing board and get this done.
