This was once a great app before the change over to OTG Monster Digital... Now I can only access local media with any consistency. Every time I try to access the media server now it FREEZES... Please create the update so I can get back to enjoying this app again... ThanksTruth2u

Why so limited?
I guess I shouldn't have assumed that basic functionality would be a feature of this product.
As a consumer, I wanted this device to function as a media server for my IOS devices. As a photographer, I wanted it as sort of a wireless camera connection kit, transferring photos from SD card to my IOS device.
Sadly, neither of these functions are supported in this app.
As a media server, I can play movies, but for some reason only in portrait mode... That's right... Portrait mode only. No rotating to take advantage of my beautiful large iPhone 6+ screen.
As a photo transfer device, well, it won't even read the photos from my Canon t5i. And why would you even make software that offers no transfer capability? For me, offloading media files to pick up extra space on my IOS device, OR, copying photos onto my device was the primary reason for purchase.
One last puzzling factor is the UI.. I thought we were ditching skeuomorphism in IOS7 and IOS8? I don't get the '90s big silvery folders with banners flowing out of them. It doesn't match up with the beautiful, clean design of IOS8.
The unit itself seems to be just great. (What?? You get BOTH an SD card slot AND a micro SD SLOT?? Please take my money!!) But the extreme and seemingly senseless limitations of the software are a deal breaker. It goes back tomorrow. Thanks anyway, Monster.Show lessdumbfatguy

Don't buy it
Nice concept. Bought this at sams club... Doesn't work. The wifi keeps flashing. Got it work for a few minutes then just stopped. Seriously don't waste your time even buying this. It's going back today.SANTANGARAGE
Device is great; but not the app (yet)
Accessing the OTG device from a wireless computer device is a breeze (in fact, perhaps too easy and not secured out of the box). But if you intend to share access with mobile devices, such as iPhones, you may not see any of the files.
I've attached a USB cable to an external flash memory device and all files are visible to laptops on the wifi cloud; the app on my iPhone shows that no files are visible.
Help seems poorly documented as well.
I hope this gets fixed; it has potential to bridge the gap between device OS's by allowing immediate shared access to files across all platforms.Show lessEzekiel Krunch
Slow and doesn't import photos
This device is extremely slow and you can't even import photos to your phone. Isn't that the point?stumpz
Just as bad as last one
1.) still doesn't support iOS .m4v files.
2.) takes longer to search your drive for files.
3.) all files not available on main menu.
4.) unable to change router setting to connect the cloud Device to wifi.
No improvements functionally. Couple UI enhancements.Gman7891
