Love the App and the device, but need update to work with iOS 11. As of right now nothing is working...WTH all nick names taken

i still want to use my OTG Cloud device but now can’t because you haven’t updated your app to work with the latest iOS. i would give your app a 5 if i could still use it. if you don’t update it i would have to buy another product which uses an app also. i am reluctant because after spending a good chunk of money don’t want to have an expensive useless product because app is no longer supported. if i could go back to iOS 10 i would. but Apple won’t allow-which i’m also annoyed by.Show lesslarryboylarry

Finally needed to use the app only to find out it doesn’t run under iOS 11!
Now I’m left with a storage device I can’t even use as I wanted too, with my iPhone.Batsamd
Ok, but needs a few things
Sleek and quick app.
However, it needs to support the "Open In..." Function to allow items to open in other apps as well as to save files to the OTG cloud (in other words, "Open In..." in both directions - universal Import/export).
Currently, saving locally just saves a photo, for example, to the Local folder in the app; there's no way to save it to the Camera Roll to edit, send it somewhere, nor export it to another app. Likewise, since there is no way to import other file types to the app, if I type a document in Word on my iPhone and export it as a PDF I cannot save it to the OTG Cloud; the app only allows pic and video uploads. Not very useful.
Add the functionality to import/export all file types in and out of the app (like Google Drive, DropBox, and Box) so they can be used in other apps on the device and this will be a VERY useful app!
UPDATE - 1/5/2018
What little functionality the app did have is now completely gone under iOS 11 as the developer has apparently decided not to support the app anymore (the last update was 3 years ago). I’m deleting the app for good now as the OTG Cloud is a pointless device nowadays anyway.Show lessMahalia Fan
Got ripped
I transferred a movie from my pc with an .avi and it did not recognize he file. The manual says that it recognize all files but no it didn't. So my advice to you people don't buy it it's a waste of money if there a negative 10 on the ratings I would rate it that way lo and behold there is none so rating it 1 star How come they don’t upgrade their app so we can use it on the present iOS wake up monster. 0000000000(star) for you, PEOPLE don’t buy monster product it’s a ripoffShow lessArtQ2012

The app needs to be updated... it’s basically useless until the developer can configure to work with the new Apple system 11Guava princess
