Horrible app
I would prefer no stars! This is the absolute worst app that I have ever used! I have to delete and upload everyday because all it shows is a blank white screen when I try to use it! Fix it! IMelaneyRD

Not working
The app will not work. I delete then download again and it works that day only. I have repeated several times in the past few weeks. Today it won’t even download.21_jk
Issues
App always logs me out and never an option to reset or change password. Bank seems very outdated when it comes to online banking. This really needs to be updated for bank convenience. It’s almost impossible to ever get anything done online.huskyunicorn642
Okay, when it works
Not the best app I’ve used. Multiple issues, and upgrades tend to not work the first time out. Fairly obvious lack of any kind of testing before release. It’s a shame, the bank itself is great to deal with. Currently not working yet again due to another faulty upgrade.notmyreal name

Great bank but horrible features
I hate how we are going into 2021 and CNB of Texas still doesn’t support Apple Pay or Samsung pay. The login is awful also.ILVELucy
