Most irritating app ever
I can never log into the app. One minute it’s easy and works fine the next it always says internet or user authentication error and won’t give me an option to change password since I forgot mine to try logging in online non through the app. It’s been like this for months and it’s so irritating. HATE THIS APP
This is the second time I have had trouble depositing my check! It says I’m not “centering” it properly. I have taken a picture of my check close up, in the middle and far away. IT WON’T WORK!! I HATE THIS STUPID APP!!!Keen ennobled
Constantly locked out
It is frustrating that the app has not been updated to include facial recognition. I forget the password (been changed repeatedly) and touch recognition will not work with my phone. It needs facial recognition. Because I forget the password, I get locked out of my account. Not even a chance to reset the password or answer security questions for password hint. Good but needs better login settings
I hate how if you close the app, even for just a second, you have to log back in again. I get that they want to be as secure as they can be, but it starts to border being tedious. If that’s what you’re going to do, at least get some face recognition software, like all the other apps that are following the times. They should just get that anyway! Worth transferring banks over for small business
As a small business owner this app serves zero purpose in making my life any easier. Zero functionality. Mobile deposit doesn’t work. Rudimentary at best.CNB User
