  • Still very poor services compare with Euro

    still need 1 or 2 steps of checking luggage, and looks like Aussie gov don’t want to return more tax back to travelers, because they only put 2 -4 officers at same time like 10 years ago, but the amount of travelers increased few time more.
  • App crashes

    App crashes when selecting “iPhone/Smartphone” as Invoice Item with iPhone XS Max running iOS12, so is unusable for me.
  • Constantly crashes

    It used to work fine. But now crashes all the time. Everytime you start to enter the claim and as you add couple of invoices then it just crashes. Tried multiple times but same result.
  • Not working for multiple invoices on iPhone X

    The app worked fine on my wife’s iPhone 6s, but it wouldn’t allow me to put in multiple invoices on my iPhone X. It would crash when I would select a category for the invoice. Please fix.
  • Works very well. Convenient.

    The app works very well and is very convenient saving time at the airport.

    It would be nice to be able to photograph/scan the receipt to help go paperless.
  • Keeps on crashing & erasing data

    Most frustrating app ever.
    Whenever I type in the second invoice it crashes. When starting again, the first already entered invoice is gone. I gave up after two rounds of frustration.
    Please fix!

    It worked really well for me, and was especially thankful because I was rushing on the day :) it saves a lot of time, especially because there was a long queue.

    Used it at Brisbane airport on 7th May 2016. I skipped the queue of 27 people because of this App.

    A must use if need to claim.

  • Didn't benefit as was asked to fill a manual form

    The app is no doubt nice but it didn't help me because The person at the TRS entry gate at the Sydney International airport asked me to fill a manual form and drop the envelope in a box with the filled form and the receipt. It was unexpectedly very rude of the person not answering any query and just asking passengers to silently fill up the form , drop it in the box and leave.
