Losing baggage
Never get my baggage back, loss it for the second time. And the support team never support or even answer the call.

RJ Needs to fix the app and make it work properly, Royal Club not working, very slaw app, errors everywhere. It’s a shame to have very poor rating for years and not doing anything about it .

This is by far one of worst apps I came a cross.
Worst app EVER!
The worst app ever! Can’t log in anything, book tickets, or log in to Royal club! Complete disaster and if you want to call customer support IT’S A JORDANIAN NUMBER! It shows a pop up msg saying “wrong format”. You can’t log in to anything, even though i used the same credentials on the web and they worked. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON IT!
