Payment error and hard to navigate
I have decided to book with another airline because the payment interference is awful unfortunately it keeps giving me error every time.
Wont log in
It keep giving me error message, User session expired and it wont let me in!!
App crashes
I’ve made several attempts to pay for a flight and each time I get the ‘circle of death’.
Won’t let me login or change seats
It’s impossible to login in this app. All my information is correct but I keep getting a pop-up message that simply Says “OK.“ The app won’t let you register for their loyalty program, you must do that on the web. In addition, you cannot change seats via the app as you can do with ALL other airline apps. Ugh. I’m terrified to see what this app is like once my flight finally arrives. Just terrible.

Since I installed the app I keep having a notification that I can’t get rid off. I tried everything including reinstall but I still have the app showing one notification

The app doesn’t actually work when you use your RJ member login details. Fix it!

Worst Airline ever as soon you pay your done so f annoying customer service!!! Their prices is ridiculous no service
Disaster app
This app is so poorly designed. It’s a miracle when it works as it should. It needs a complete overhaul. It doesn’t always recognize record locators, trying to register is a mess. It’s nearly the same as having no app at all.
