Can’t log in

Went to log in and app wants my member number and wants me to login in even though I’ve got PIN number access. Why have an app with pin access, then make users log in with a member number and pass word? One star. Sort it out CBUS

Newest update does not work on iPhone 8

Always worked perfectly until the last update, now I am unable to log in at all and use the app. Can’t even put in my member number, touch screen won’t acknowledge I’m tapping it. I’ve tried deleting and re installing the app multiple times but it doesn’t make a differenc

No site tickets anymore!

Why would you remove site tickets from the APP??? This was one of the best features of the APP. I was caught out with none of my tickets yesterday when being inducted on a new site because of this.
Bring back site tickets!!

Passcode doesn’t work

Everything else looks good except the inability to use the passcode for access after setting it up.

Improvement but still a way to go

Version 3 of the app is much better and smoother than version 2, however it’s still lacking in a few area.

The weather is slow to load, and arguably a bit pointless given most people have a weather app installed. BoM feeds are expensive so surely the money is better spent elsewhere.

RDO calendar requires manually entering each one. Why can’t I select a predefined calendar such as ETU, CFMEU, etc?

No digital membership card with Apple Wallet support, although I can add other tickets to this app. Other funds that use AAS for membership management have such cards, so this should be trivial to add. I don’t need two apps to store cards; I just need one and it comes with the phone.

The name of the app once installed is “Cbusmemberapp”, which gets cut off. How about “CBUS”? And for the employer app, “CBUS Employer”…

Poor and very slow app

Here’s an idea sort the app out so that people can actually use it,it is so slow I can’t even click on account summary without it taking anywhere from 3-5 mins to load if it even loads! which sometimes it doesn’t!!!

Very poor app

This is a poor app that does not give easy access to your account. I have had to delete and reload numerous times to get it to work. Then every so often it hiccups and you have to go through the same frustrating process of trying to reload it. When working it is okay, but when not it is infuriating

Poor app to navigate

App need to be made easier to check and compare employer payments history in an easy to navigate column form to check 6 or 12 month blocks !

To look up this type of history is not straight forward!

Got some good ideas but the app is glitchy. Horrible to try and input cards and details.
And who really remembers their member number for Superannuation? Yeah, nobody.. maybe the use of a fingerprint or a pin would be easier, or the option to remember details.
Maybe the next update will get them another star.
