  • Not able to view what I’m being asked to sign

    The studio waiver doesn’t appear.
  • Calendar

    My only issue is once added to my calendar, if I have to cancel my class it doesn’t remove it from my calendar. Small issue just super convenient. Thank you!
  • Mostly good

    Can be painful. ‘Today’ isn’t always today. I have managed to show up at the wrong class because the ap showed me ‘todays’ booking but it was actually yesterdays booking. V embarrass.
    Probably related, it is a bit odd with bookings that are exactly one week out. The bookings are visible in Timetable but not visible in Bookings. And, it doesn’t display the 7th day of the Timetable until I restart the ap, or change gyms.

  • Having trouble adding second gym

    I’ve started attending a gym that uses this app, so I set it up, and I’ve also signed up to the yoga/pilates studio in the same building but can’t add it to the app and none of the instructions match what I see
  • Easy to navigate

    Would put 5 stars if my studio could come up with tagging your bike through the app, still wishing for that to happen. Anything else, it’s really good and easy to use. I like how you can see how many signed up for the class.

  • Wasn’t working, gym had to add credits

    I used GloFox successfully for almost 5 months but then it stopped letting me sign up for any classes despite being a fully paid up member on autopay. I tried it on the app, on mobile browser, and on a laptop browser, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but still couldn’t get it working. My gym went into my account and added credits for me & now I can sign up.

  • No longer working

    I used GloFox successfully for almost 5 months but it is currently not letting me sign up for any classes despite being a fully paid up member on autopay. I’ve tried it on the app, on mobile browser, and on a laptop browser, uninstalled the app and reinstalled, but still nothing. I know my gym owner is also having trouble with only being able to see the current day and no future dates. Hope y’all can get it back to functional again!

  • Works great and easy to use

    No complaints. My yoga classes are booked through this and it’s really easy to work. I also love the “bring a friend” feature if I want to add someone to my class

  • Booking classes

    My gym has a 20 class cap for the month. When I book all 20 classes I can no longer see details for the class. Ex how many people are in the class. I also cannot see the classes attended under that tab.

    You can view your upcoming bookings in the "Bookings" tab of the app. If you tap on a class, you'll be able to see the number of people in the class. To view classes you've already attended, you can check the "Past" tab. This should help you keep track of all your bookings and class details. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out!
