Constantly freezes and no trainer name listed by class schedule unless you click on the class link. Hope the update improves things, very frustrating.615lifesaver

Really Useful but has a couple bugs
App works well enough for members & admins, and is constantly being updated. The dev team gets back to me quickly when I report a bug.
Once all of the bugs are fixed this is worth 5 stars. The company is great - way better than mind body is for trainers.William Attaway

Too many glitches spoil a potential great app!
From day 1 there have been far too many glitches that have caused problems for our members and our business. Although the service is delivered in timely fashion and resolves the glitches quickly, there are simply too many issues that make us look like amateurs and unprofessional.

Doesn't work for me
In order to purchase a membership and to register for classes at my local fitness facility I had to download GloFox. That was the first problem. The App Store didn't recognize the name; had to go to GloFox website to download from there. Doesn't seem to matter, though. When I go into the facility site I first have to try to find the page I want. Everything is written in dark letters on a dark background -- ugh! Okay, so I finally find the part I want (membership) and I try to buy. After getting thrown off the site 3 times and having to reload, it finally accepts my purchase selection. Then I try logging in (yes, I do have an account and I know my password) -- hit the login button(s) and nothing! Don't see how GloFox is a benefit to the site I'm trying to use and can't imagine it being a good resource for any site.Show lessMenzrob
Super easy to use
I love the Glofox app, it's so easy to navigate and simple to use. I think some minor amendments to words such as 'Workshops' instead of 'Courses' and 'Pay Now' instead of 'Memberships' would be a great improvement. Would definitely recommend to all studio owners and students alike.liberty coach

No way to look up multiple studios if you choose the wrong one, have to uninstall and reinstallLeahjess
