  • Very average

    App is good for class members to book. Not great for personal training.

    You can not book past events outside of a clients current payments… so if you missed scheduling a previous session you can’t go back to book/document it.

    Reports are pretty vanilla. Can not set a date range for projected payments, it lazily projects the next 30 days from the day you are on. Which does not help much when you have monthly goals like most clubs do.

    Payroll feature only allows you to pay a trainer a flat rate and not a percentage of a session rate. Which means if you have clients at varying session/special rates you can not utilize payroll.

    Communication/support is average. Problems often take over a day to resolve.

  • Add to calendar

    I came here to say a couple months ago my ‘add to calendar’ stopped working, only to see many are posting that their calendar is working again after an update. I never had problems with it before. Please help fix for everyone.

  • Unable to update or contact support

    My Add to Calendar button has not been working for a couple of months. It should auto update as all of my other apps do, but it is not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck. It will simply not install the latest version listed on the App Store.
    My phone is up-to-date. I have tried to contact Support, but it sends you to the app website which only allows you to contact sales from the business end. Not as an app user. Getting very frustrated.

  • Confused - how to book at different studios?

    The app works fine for one studio use as a member but I now have 3 studios/gyms using GF and can only book on one if I am logged in. Please make booking at multi venues easier. I can’t see a Glofox instruction video on your site either. That would help.
