With the new update you are unable to cancel you membership.With that said you actually have to let the facility owner know.But other than that I truly enjoy Glofox super easy to navigate.madppl
Used to like this until the recent upgrade!
My Crossfit box uses this ap for booking classes. The upgrade means you now can’t see where you are on the waiting list which is a pain as you don’t know how likely you are to get into the class. Also if you try book a few classes in a row once you have booked one class it takes you right back to the beginning to book another one instead of just moving you onto the next day! Brutal
This app is the worst. It hardly ever works properly, doesn’t provide the info I need for classes and is just plain frustrating to use. I almost always have to contact the instructor myself to book a class. Big time don’t recommend!JLA FMR
Great app-would benefit from a couple more features
This app makes it so easy to book work out classes through my gym. I would LOVE It if you would add the ability to preset the time zone so you didn’t have to select it each time you set up a reminder. Or if it would just default to the time zone if the facility. Also it would be nice to be able add friends to see what classes they’ve signed up for.Show lessemmybeck
Good idea, Bad App
I’ve been using Glofox for about 6 months now due to a PT friend of mine having recommended it.
I will start with the positive, it has a good design and it quite slick looking. The rest of it though is absolute garbage. I’ve had 30 tickets open with them since January (its now July) and that is without counting the bugs I fixed myself.
The price is absolutely ridiculous, starting at a 65£ a month.
A better price would be 20£ per month for the full membership, anything over that is nothing short of theft.
In short, keep looking, there is better and WAY cheaper out there.Show lessPrimalApeFitness

This is the worst system I’ve ever used. I need to use the app to check who’s booked in for classes each day but it’s hardly ever working. I try and book myself into classes and it wants to charge me every time so now I just don’t bother. It’s constantly having updates and chucking me out of the app. Something seriously needs to be done to this is you want people to continue using it!Show lessCazlech
