  • Slowest App

    This is the 10th time I have deleted and added the app to my phone. My children have swimming lessons and this app runs so slow, I'd rather just call and schedule the appointments. 🤦🏾‍♀️

  • Attendance

    The only reason i didn’t give GloFox 5 stars is because I wish it would list who signed up. You have the option to save your space. I wish it would atomically save my space and put a name there. It does not let you save a space for all classes only certain classes.

    Thank you for your feedback! Spot booking is a feature that the operator can enable for specific classes, so it’s possible they’ve chosen to activate it only for certain ones.   • Terrible app

    In the year 2024, payment processors are a dime a dozen but this app manages to make updating your payment method a nightmare. The app is not intuitive, full of errors, and confusing to navigate. You cannot select which payment method you prefer nor resubmit a payment. I had a credit card stolen which froze a gym membership when they attempted to take payment from the cancelled card—this app will not let me resubmit payment to any updated methods and meanwhile I’m locked out of my membership. Glofox can do better.

  • Calendar dates format adds events incorrectly

    The existing date format which shows up in confirmation emails is day/month/year.
    When creating calendar event from email (I’m using outlook for iOS ) it is not created correctly.
    Example: in email 08/06/2024 creates an event August 6. The event book and confirmation received is for June 8.

    Hi, we have released the fix related to not having permission adding events to your calendar, so make sure you force quit the app and reopen. If the issue persists or if you are referring to a different issue, please let us know.
  • Do not use

    Oh wow. The App it's self is fine but the software and management of GloFox is beyond terrible. They are at least 48-60 hours support turn around IF they actually get back to you. Dont be fooled by the sales team who are like a used car salesman. Tell you anything to take your money. If you are starting a studio PLEASE go elsewhere for your platform

  • Crash

    Every single time I open the app and tap the “classes” section - the app crashes.
    Then I open it again and all is fine.
    But it happens every time… and it’s weird.

  • not good

    this software and its web app counterpart are infuriatingly difficult to use and riddled with bugs and things that just don’t work properly. Use something else
