  • Can’t switch gyms to book a different class

    Absolutely no idea how to switch gyms, do I use the same password for Glofox? Logout then log in and have to reset my password every single time to switch gyms? Why can’t you just switch in the app?

    Currently, the app is designed for single gym access per login, which explains the need to log out and back in to switch gyms. We acknowledge this is an area for improvement.   • Buggy, unstable, poorly-coded, not tested properly.

    This app is highly annoying. And whatever you do, don’t forget your password. You’ll be waiting ages for the password reset email to arrive.

  • Getting rid of a subscription

    I really liked the app for the simplicity but now it’s too simple. I don’t have enough time or money to be going to the gym along with other subscriptions I have. I’ve been trying to log into my account on my computer but it won’t let me when I can log onto my phone just fine. This is super frustrating and I have no one to reach out to. I genuinely don’t recommend this app unless you’re going to use it all the time.

  • No longer showing squash courts

    When an app is updated it’s generally meant to get better. Whatever you have done, I can no longer see squash availability at my local gym. When I try and call, I have to go via a switchboard and then the gym doesn’t answer. If people cannot book easily, they will either go somewhere else or stop going mean g the viability of the gym is at risk. Please could you fix the issue.

  • Frustrating

    Glofox clearly do not test the app and back end correctly. They send emails about improvements and take overs but ignore the basics. Currently it is impossible to add a new staff member and change the image on my profile as owner. Reached out to support and whilst I received a reply upon answering I have not received any update other than being told the case will be closed.

    Glofox this is unacceptable. I like many others are paying good money for you to cut testing and dev on the most important thing ….

  • Easy!

  • Add to calendar feature not working

    After using the app for several months, suddenly the add to calendar feature stopped working. So I have to manually input in my calendar which is annoying and takes a lot of time. I have inquired twice now on this directly to glowfox and the 1st time i got a “we’ll look into this”. The second time, they answered with “we can’t disclose this to end users”. What?! Lol. Worst technical support I have seen. It’s been weeks since my 1st inquiry and the feature is still not working.
    To make matters worse, my membership renewed and I never got my receipt. I contacted glofox for a copy and they told me they couldn’t help me due “privacy reasons”. I am asking for my own receipt! Anywho, do not waste your time with this app, their tech support or customer service

  • Can’t End Subscription

    The app isn’t designed to let you end your subscription and you can’t login on an internet browser. It’s cool, but if it wasn’t a scam that didn’t let you end a subscription it would be fine.

  • My calendar won’t work with the app anymore

    Like another user, since the last update (iOS 17) my calendar no longer syncs with my app. It used to work! When I did reach out to them with the issue, they said they couldn’t help me because of “privacy” and not dealing with end users and it was the studios problem to deal with.

    But this is a technical problem with the actual app. It doesn’t show up in the privacy settings on my iPhone. I reached out to them again and have never heard back. Very disappointing. I’ve used other fitness apps with much better success and support.
