  • Basically unusable

    The “no internet” error message is constantly there and covers other menu items. Means I can’t navigate or use app. Have tried many times to log in and so my gym reset my account. When the error does go and I try reset password I never receive an email. Have checked with my gym and it’s the right email. I don’t know how an app this buggy ever made it online.

  • Great App!!

    Way easier and more intuitive to use. Love the quick book feature!! Love being able to scan in without having to have a keycard and love that I can buy store items right from the app!! Such a great app!

  • Same great App, same great Brand, new & improved logo

  • Calendar issue

    When I tap on “today” it pulls up the calendar for “tomorrow”!!!

  • Not functional

    Tried to register several times but the screen appeared dead. E.g. doing nothing when trying to enter my email and password. Red flag!

  • As bad as Mindbody!!!

    Note* if you read this and still use this service, you deserve what you get!! *. I moved away from “Mindbody thinking this service was way better “according to their sales rep”, but after the sales was done so was the good service!! I still used the service after the fact because I migrated all my client info over by then, so let’s start the list of B.S…
    1. EVERY CHARGE THEY CLAIMED WAS LESS TURDED OUT TO BE MORE!!!!
    They cost way more than Mindbody do, it’s just hidden in a lot of smaller fees you’ll find later…

    2. Help: no one knows anything, IF you get into contact with someone then they need to transfer you to someone else that might know how to help you then on and on.. grab a snack and just pray they find someone, you’ll be there for a while or they’ll “maybe “ call you back!!!

    Contact: there’s never ANYONE available!! I don’t need to go in on that….

    Fees: they have more hidden fees and taxes than a ninja have weapons!!!

    The lies: They’ll say this system is easy and user friendly, some is true until you need to change something in your own system then ooohhh boy!!!! I can add more but I’m sick of typing, I’ll just say this.. the ONLY people I recommend to use this service is people I HATE and want to see them suffer😈….

  • Logs me out every 2 weeks - super annoying

    No other app will log you out every week or so but this one. So frustrating as I use unique passwords which I often don’t have on my phone meaning I can’t log back in and have to do the forgot password link when walking up to the gym so I just end up having the front desk people log me in manually everytime I come in. Fairly terrible experience

  • Says no internet connection when I have full 5G and wifi connection

    Difficult to use this app as it often says no internet connection . I check to confirm I have working internet connection and it still doesn’t work. I then need to go to my Pilate studio website and book in that way. So it’s a pretty terrible CX.
