    I cannot cancel my membership i will give you four stars if i get a guide on how too

While our app currently doesn't have a direct option to cancel memberships, you can do so by contacting your studio directly. They should be able to assist you with your request.   • Good booking app but beware…

    The sport centre I’ve been booking through don’t have a refund capability set up but also no details or terms of conditions for booking so this is not known at point of booking/cancelling. It’s only because I noticed the payments on my statement that I’ve now queried this. Happy to take my money but not voluntarily give it back. Very doggy. Technically fraud.

For the refund issue, each studio sets up their own policies within the app, including whether or not they offer refunds. If the studio you've been booking through does not have this set up, it might be a good idea to discuss this directly with them for clarity. We truly appreciate your patience and feedback.
  • No Password Reset Emails

    The Book button wasn't working, so I deleted and redownloaded the app. I tried to log in with the same email and password and kept getting a wrong email or password error message. I clicked Forgot Password multiple times and still haven't received a password reset email. I even checked my spam folder and still haven't received anything.

  • Really good app… but…

    I love the app and the convenience of managing my bookings to fit with what else is happening. But every now and then it partially freezes and doesn’t show the forward schedule. Bookings already in the system remain intact but when new days become available I can’t see them in the app and I miss out on limited bookings. I work around this by deleting the app and downloading it from the cloud, which then shows all sessions available. I now do this routinely once or twice a week to make sure I get the most current timetable. I have an Apple6s with all updates installed. I hope you can write a patch to fix this bug because otherwise I love your work.

  • Frustrating app

    This app drives me bananas. It doesn’t keep me logged in, it lags, it just overall doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and gives me a headache.
  • Easy to use, hope they can fix a couple things

    I have been using the app for about 3 weeks now. I like how easy it is to sign up for classes and cancel if I need to. It’s all fairly straight forward and intuitive to use but there are a couple things I hope will change/improve.

    1. Being able to see how many spots are left in the class I’m about to sign up for. I don’t want to sign up one of my kids for the kid care class at my gym if there isn’t an open spot for my second child.

    2. Easier/more visible way to see how many credits I and my children’s accounts have. Switching between my main account and the family accounts is very tedious and I wish there were less steps involved.

  • Great app, but a small glitch

    This is a great app. Super easy to navigate, but it can shut down on its own from time to time. I’m always able to restart it fine, so it’s more of a nuisance than anything else. But overall, I still give it high ratings!

  • GIVE ME AN OPTION TO CANCEL RECURRING PAYMENTS

    Very slick app that makes gym bookings fairly easy. But oh my god. It is absolutely insane to me a feature as basic as cancelling a recurring payments and removing your card simply isn’t possible. I have to instead find out from my gym who set up my payment on Glofox instead, which is going to be a real hassle. Absolutely insane such. Simple feature isn’t included, hardly ‘member centric’ like this app claims to be. This is as anti consumer and frustrating as it gets

  • Multiple Studios

    This app is terrible! I can only use it for one studio!? Why would a gym choose to use this app? Any studio using this app I will not be supporting until the developer can find a solution to allow for multiple studios
  • Premium price for ugly product

    Had the worst experience with this company, from a lengthy setup, paying $500 a month just to get the same features my previous (free) app was giving me. Even on the $380 per month package the app was very basic. When then wishing to cancel, I was charged a quarter upfront plus an SMS package fee which I never asked for. I was happy to pro rata this and pay for a month but no negotiations were met and unfortunately will now be out of pocket just for going through the trial period with the product. Much better products out there!
