Attendance
I like using this app however after a recent update I can no longer see how many people are registered for a class. Instead it lists how many can register for the class and to register now. Can this be changed back please as I like to know how many people will be attending the class before registering. Thanks.Show lessCarmie1234

Barcode is not scannable
For some reason, my barcode is magnified inside of the app. It’s made it impossible to scan and check at my gym.antisocial app user
No way to cancel membership
The app is very misleading , with loose terms being attached to this app’s description like ‘manage your membership’ etc..
Effectively all you can do on this app is pour money into it. You can’t delete an existing membership nor can you remove your bank card details. If you need to cancel a direct debit, you need to do it through your own banking app or randomly message everyone in your gym/club to find out who manages the glowfox business account (which I assume holds all the users). Effectively as a user, you can’t ‘Manage’ your membership at all, all you can do it set one up.Show lessLondon Guy Jake
As a client, You have no control
Yes you can say when your attending, it’s good for that.
But if you want to cancel, you have no control, it’s up to the club. How do you know they are going to stop taking your money. What if you move and forgot, so many things can happen especially now a days.
It’s the only app out the i found, that you have ZERO control of MY Money! If you can avoid getting it, and have another option with the club, I would not recommend it.
If I wanted to cancel, I would have to call my bank to cancel my credit card.Show lesscointooth

Bad service and software
This app won’t let me cancel my membership!! Customer service won’t remove my credit card from a shady gym using it.somolyy
Super slick, easy to use
I was skeptical having an app just for my gym. Turns out, this app was very easy to use to sign up for the membership (less than 5 minutes), and made the ongoing gym interaction super simple, fast and fun.RobStewart88
Missing some features
Need to be able to easily add to google calendar and outlook and iCal. I have a free trial for one gym and now I can’t see paid memberships. I’m curious how the pricing is normally. I know I can ask them but it’s 5 am and I want to know now :)Jabber wickedness
