  • Problem after problem

    I am a gym owner and have persevered with Glofox for 4 years. I can genuinely say it has been unbelievably stressful, with a constant cascade of issues. Customer service is hit or miss, sometimes responses are quick, sometimes they simply don’t respond. There is rarely anyone there to answer the customer service phone line, when voicemails are left there is no response. There is no doubt they are apologetic, but constant bugs and glitches in the payment system isn’t good for business. When Glofox works well, it’s a good job, unfortunately it very rarely works well.

  • Very well designed

    This app makes my life so much simpler, the wonderful user interface and how easy it is to sign up for my classes makes it by far one of my favourite apps to use for signing up for workouts ect…
  • Good app!

    Only issue I have is that I wish there was a setting option to convert from military time to normal time.
  • Adding to calendar doesn’t work, most message notifications don’t actually open message

    Adding an appointment to calendar doesn’t work anymore (consistent errors for weeks), most message notifications don’t actually open message (they never have for months)

  • Broken password reset

    I can’t use the app if I can’t log in. And I can’t log in because the password change process is a useless circle.

    Forget password > enter email to change password > open email and change password > login > username(email) or password invalid > repeat
  • Generally ok except for monthly memberships

    My studio offers a number of passes that last a month under a monthly membership. If I use them all and want to buy another - or if I want to book ahead for classes that get busy, the app won’t let me buy a new membership because my previous month hasn’t expired. This means I have to email the gym every month to get them to override it manually process my payment. It would be great if you could have monthly concurrent memberships

  • Love, but would be better with...

    Everything is pretty seamless, but if my gym uses it to just book sessions, I would prefer that I could cancel a session less than 2 hours before. I’ve had sudden issues before the gym class was supposed to begin, and felt horrible that I was taking time away from other neighbors. I’m not sure if that’s an app thing or a gym thing.

  • App not secure

    I got a notification that my email address and password had been compromised because of this app.
  • Improved UX notifications

    I wish they would have push notification on the phone when a waitlist is confirmed.
    They should allow let’s say 1 hour for the person if he or she wants to confirm once cleared the waitlist. I forgot I was waitlisted, and once automatically confirmed, it was too late for me cancel the booking cause I had other commitment.

    It would also be nice if the app gives me an option to remove the appointment from my calendar when I cancel it.

    The same goes for waitlisted classes that are confirmed, which I am currently not able to save onto my calendar.

  • Notifications don’t work

    I’ve tried reinstalling the app and checking settings - my other apps work fine, but I can’t get notifications from Glofox to get off the waitlist into class.
