Bad service
This is my first time using mulberry’s and I must say, if you do not want any transparency regarding the status of your dry cleaning, then this is the service for you.
According to the app, my dry cleaning should’ve been delivered on 7/25. It is currently 7/26 and I’ve called support. Nobody is able to give me any details on what or where my dry cleaned items are.
Use with your local dry cleaners instead.

The most efficient dry cleaner!
Not only do I receive a complimentary van pick up and drop off by such a friendly driver (Chris) but the clothes are on quality hangers and perfectly cleaned and pressed!
Great service
I’ve use Mulberrys for a few years now. I really appreciate the convenience of pick up at my doorstep and delivery. You have to plan ahead for this, but it’s a really great service. Clients receive text reminders twice a week asking if they would like to pick up the following day. All you have to do is put your items in a bag (which they include with the delivery of your previous order) and place it on your doorstep. Turnaround time is usually about five days or so. So planning ahead it works out great.

Worst Customer Service
If you have an issue watch out because you’re not going to get a response. The individual store locations are unable to do anything and won’t admit wrong doing. Mulberry’s used to be good (pre-pandemic) but the company has grown too big and has started to lose clothing.
