I sent a pair of pants off to Mulberry for alterations and they simply lost the pants. POOF! Gone.
For the first three days I heard different stories depending on which employee reached out to - from “we’re working on finding your pants” to “we’ve found them! They’re in queue to be altered!”, and finally to “oops still lost”
I was hoping to have the pants ready before a business trip but ended up having to buy new pants en route 😬. It’s been over a week and I’ve still been unable to speak to a manager about the situation. It’s unfortunate because pre-pandemic Mulberry’s had great service and I would have never imagined the business going down hill to this extent.

The staff and quality of garment care is outstanding
Keep wanting to like them but….
They do a nice job with the clothes which is obviously very important. It’s convenient but a bit overpeiced….dramatically more than Laundry Locker which they acquired. The app is frustrating. Mulberrys send promotions via email but has no promotion codes to enter into the app which requires the frustration of emailing them multiple times to receive the promotion/discount. Their support tends to be slow and requires multiple attempts. Overall, the experience makes them hard to like.

We lost our local and very convenient dry cleaners location due to COVID disruptions. Mulberry’s stepped in with on site pick up and delivery. Garment care is excellent.
