Locked my clothes in a locker for months
This is absolutely ridiculous. I tried to use the app and get a locker at my apartment building for my clothes to be dry cleaned but after putting my bag in there it locked and never let me place an order. I’ve tried calling but haven’t been able to reach anyone so I guess those clothes are just goners. I can’t believe this is such a poorly run business.

Great service, terrible app
I got this app hoping it would be more functional than Mulberrys terrible website, but the app is actually worse. Want to update profile? Get a random search bar instead. Want to type delivery instructions or promo codes? Keyboard will cover the fields so you can’t see what you’re typing. I love Mulberrys’ quality and low waste services, but their online presence is a total mess.
