Receipt and app don’t provide useful info
Please get your app up to date... the user experience is quality we would expect on 2005 not 2020... and when you say something is delivered, you should explicitly tell the customer what locker they may pick their items up from...

Not the app nor Mulberrys seem to work
The email address and password in my password manager worked on the site but not the app. The site let me schedule a free pickup but at 6:50 AM, moments before the pickup window opened at 7 AM they sent an email saying they would not honor that pickup but I could pay $5 to get one some other time.
This is the company that bought Laundry Locker who’s app and service always worked. Mulberrys’ now charges more for their service as they are buying up the competition.

App doesn't remember addresses anymore
The app used to work fine. A recent update added GPS and it never gets my address right anymore. Even when I'm at home, it automatically enters my neighbors' addresses. And when I'm away from home it uses where ever I happen to be. I don't understand why they thought I would want to use GPS to set my pickup and drop off location, which should always be my home. Entering my address manually is a pain. And customer service won't even acknowledge it's a problem. I've been a customer for years but now I'm considering looking for another cleaner.

Not functional and no support
The app has some arbitrary address listed as my street address. No matter how many times I update and submit, it says updated then reverts to the same arbitrary (wrong) address. It’s done this for months and since day one, which is why I never use it. There are other confusing issues, like it chooses a cleaners that it says is closest to me but which in reality is substantially further away then another one. I tried calling about this issue but was on hold for 12 minutes so I hung up. I’ve decided the app is too buggy to use. I used Rinse a couple of times and might just stay with it.

Worst app design ever
This is absolutely the worst app I have ever used. I first used Laundry locker, and when the companies merged, the date for laundry locker took months to update on mulberry. Now, every time I log in, the app behaves differently: can’t find my address, can’t find my locker bank, can’t find the locker number, no notifications on pickup or drop off thru app, and it asks to pick a date and time for pick up or drop off then says choices are all invalid. This app needs serious upgrading and revision.

Poor service
I have been using Mulberrys/Laundry Locker for years, and their service quality In SF has declined to the point that it’s almost unusable. First, the app is very difficult to use and provides almost no useful functionality. The "locations" tab is missing many of their locker locations, and it's very difficult to place an order at a locker because the "order" pane often doesn't show any nearby lockers. I also find it strange that I can't place an order from the "locations" tab, which would be much more convenient than the way orders are placed in the app.
Also, the lockers are falling apart. I usually use the lockers at 475 Sansome Street, and almost all of the lockers at that location are broken. Only 2-3 work, out of close to a dozen lockers. This location is also missing from the "locations" tab, even though it's available as an option on the "orders" page.
Also, I find it very strange that Mulberrys/Laundry Locker now separates all my orders and delivers each part of my order separately. Laundry Locker never did this before it was acquired by Mulberrys, and this is a huge step down in service quality and convenience.
All in all, the main selling point of these lockers is that they're convenient, but Mulberrys seems to be doing everything in its power to make them less convenient.

Terrible customer service
They’ve 100% ruined everything that was good about laundry locker. When I called to find out if you could use the laundry locker locations and how to place an order on the app the customer service person couldn’t help. It’s totally broken. So disappointed to lose laundry locker.

I’ve used this dry cleaner for some time. As a dry cleaning service they are fine - quite expensive but there is no competition in my area. Their storefront location is somewhat inconvenient to where I live, so I was thrilled to be able to schedule pick up and drop off through the app.
The app is very buggy. On multiple instances when I tried to select a pick-up or drop-off window, I got an error message and could not complete my transaction. Even worse, when I was able to schedule a pick-up, nobody came at the arranged time. When I called Customer Support, they had no record of my order, even though I had received an e-mail confirmation.
This should be a great service, but it is even more infuriating as a poorly-made app that doesn’t reliably sync with actual store and driver operations.
