يتهمونك ويسرقونك عيني عينك وموظفين مكاتب التأجير حقتهم يكلمونك كأنك سارق حلالهم من غير احترام ولا تفاهم.
المشكله فيه بلاغ مرفوع على رقم خدمة العملاء وفيه فيديو مصور لحظة استلام السيارة بناء على توجيه الموظف على أساس تحفظ حقك وبالاخير يسرقونك.7ma6h

ما انصح بالتعامل معهم .. ما يمكن تعتمد على سيارتهم و لا خدمة دعم الطريق ..
يتركونك لحالك متعطل ( انقذ نفسك بنفسك) و إذا طلعت يطالبونك تمر اقرب ورشة و تصلح السيارة بنفسك !!!!!!

ومن ضمن الخدمه المقدمة تحمل البنشر بأنواعه
تم تحميلي قيمة كفر جديد وعدة رفع المركبة (عفريته)
والتهديد برفع اسم العميل للسمهنهر الحياة

I’m from the U.S. I went to visit Saudi Arabia and I rented a car from Yelo, they asked me for SAR 1500 ($400) as a refundable insurance deposit and it will be refunded to my credit card after 21 days from the return date. It was a mistake that I trusted them. I went back to the United State and after 21 days I emailed them checking on the refund, they replied asking me to fill a form with a lot of personal information such National ID number, bank account and IBAN number, resident address. They want to wire the money internationally instead of just returning it to the same card I used. I emailed back 14 time, and I always get the same automated reply “you have to fill the information” I ask for a supervisor to communicate with me, they reply back “ clarify why you want to talk to a supervisor “ WHAT????!!! This is insane. Never again 👎🏽 the worst. Negative 5 stars 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Show lessHoumi Bar
