Doesn’t work anymore, not that it really did before
Kinda worthless! I only get a message that the app is being updated and I can use it again after Feb. 25th at 7pm. Well, it’s March 3rd! So, I can’t even review my benefits much less anything else. BTW, I have never been able to renew my benefits by this app or even on my desktop. So, one star, which you don’t really deserve that. Interesting how our tax dollars are being wasted with junk like this. Also, don’t even try calling about the apps or renewing with the apps. The reps won’t help you and can’t even put you in contact with those that should be able to.

Completely useless for voiceover users
This app was supposed to make it easier and less time-consuming to fill out paperwork upload paperwork and get things done however for people who happened to be blind and use voiceover on their iPhones it is completely useless I used to rely on this app and it was very helpful in helping me renew my benefits this time however I missed the deadline because I thought that there was something wrong with the app turns out it just doesn’t work with voiceover anymore thanks government!!!!! I know I sound a little short but it is irritating to have something work at one time and then not have it work again I’m told the app works fine for everyone else just not for anyone who happens to be Blind and using voice over I’m sorry that’s just not convenient or a timesaver or anything but crappy!!!!!! And what’s even worse, there is no tech-support so there’s not much we can do about it except for leave bad reviews!!!!!! Hope these bad reviews help fix what is wrong what I’m really hoping for is a response back from the developer this would be a great app if I could use it again.

Overall a good app
The app is wonderful for me to check on things cause I don’t get emails and when I do get letters when they need something I have a day to get everything they need together or my benefits will be shut off. But I’ve come across this issue of when I’m trying to upload files I had to rescan them in many times and when I try to make sure they got sent and they were the right ones it says there was an error and I need to try again later. Overall a good app very helpful, just a few bugs that I find annoying.

Ease of mobile
I tried for two days to scan and upload file on pc no luck . The online app is not as easy to use as my phone . My phone didn’t take 5 minutes uploaded file and all. I won’t bother with the difficult online app again . It’s sad you cannot speak to someone to without going to an office which is not always possible. I do very well to get to my treatments.
