Terrible experience.
I downloaded this app to send money overseas, and my first transaction went smoothly. However, my second transaction was put on hold, and customer support reached out with a series of strange requests. They asked for a screenshot of the chat where the recipient shared their bank details, which I provided promptly. Despite fulfilling all their requests, they canceled the transaction and restricted my account for 24 hours, claiming I couldn't perform any activities during this time.
It has now been over 48 hours, and my account is still restricted. When I contact customer support, all they say is that my account will be functional "anytime soon," but there’s no clear timeline. I need access to my money urgently, and this delay is unacceptable. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values reliability and timely support.

Worst financial services experience, nearly destroyed my startup
Revolut decided to change their partner bank. They updated their terms and conditions. Rather than just have them automatically apply like most normal financial institutions they required people to accept the new terms or have their accounts closed. Their email went to junk. Didn’t see it. Needed to receive time-sensitive funds so I logged into Revolut to get my wire instructions. The app didn’t have any warning about the account being suspended. Funds were wired to me but Revolut automatically returned them. When the funds didn’t arrive on time I contacted support. They said the funds could take 20 days to get back to the sender. They had me accept the new terms and conditions. One payment got back to the sender but the other still hasn’t. Their customer support person Yash told me the account is fine now. Then a few hours later, right as the sender was to resend funds, another representative said the account is still blocked. This is preventing me from incorporating an entity, closing a seed round, and onboarding staff. This is borderline gross negligence at this point and is causing significant harm to myself and others.
