Unlike banks, you cannot make check deposits. Netspend denies the transactions. This is not surprising from a non-bank, and less than reputable financial company. The card is useless. There is no live chat or customer service. Cutting card and deleting the account. I’ll stick with Credit Unions when moving cash. Avoid this company, possibly fraudulent.Show lessJussBalt

Anytime I look at an individual transaction, the back button will not take me back to the main page where both prepaid and savings account is listed as well as the tabs at the bottom to move money. The back button just repeatedly goes back and forth from transaction history and transaction detail. Please fix! Everything else is great!
