Useless
The app does not recognize my user ID or password. When I try to reset either one, the app sends me to the browser but I block all things Google including reCaptcha on the iPad, so I cannot reset anything.
Doesn’t work
When you do manually log in, “the page you requested is no longer available” message appears and then you are redirected back to the log in scream. Complete waste of time
It’s little more than an afterthought
It feels like someone said, “oh yeah, I guess we should make an app”. And this app is the result. It’s really disappointing that this app has so much potential, but we are left with this.
The app simply does not work
I can reset passwords, I can log in via a browser but the mobile app continues to bring me to the sign in screen when I try to use it. Awful
Just use your browser
This app is worse than your browser since it won’t let you auto fill your password and you have to log in manually every time you close the web app, terrible, terrible web app!

Web App same functionality as their website
This app works just fine. It appears to be a Web App with the same functionality as the VSP website. Convenient for finding doctors and retrieving coupons.
Browser
It’s ultimately just a basic poorly built browser that opens the exact same page as if you logged in on safari. Doesn’t offer Face ID for login, so might as well just save a safari shortcut instead.
Basic functionality
Does give access to benefits & ID card. Needs, as others have stated, Face ID access, as well as ability to add id to wallet.
Interface doesn’t respond
You can log in and that’s it. It brings up what looks like a menu. Well it is a menu but it is inoperable and you cannot click on anything to navigate further.
