Very unreliable app

Several times a week this Apple just stopped working. You can’t login it loads endlessly you close the app and restart it. It doesn’t work. Pretty infuriating when it’s your business account. And you can’t do the basic things to run your business. If I wasn’t shackled to the bank I find another one just to get better app

Worst Banking App

This app regularly crashes, times out, doesn’t work and doesn’t provide accurate information. Transfers don’t show as being made when they are made, leading to multiple attempts, only to realise that it did work but the app just didn’t show it. Online banking and apps have been around for a long time now. Hard to believe a bank could get their all so wrong

Terrible app

It has really limited functionality. You can’t even set up recurring payments through it. The app often crashes while using it. I’m often transferring money between BOQs accounts to get cash out only to have the atm tell me I have insufficient funds, while the app tells me I have enough.

So glitchy!

I’m new to BOQ and as a bank the service so far has been great but this app is so glitchy and frustrating. It takes ages to log in and most of the time doesn’t even let me log in and just says ‘connection timeout’ after a minute of trying to load. I was planning to move all my banking over to BOQ but seeing as I do most of my banking from my phone, it’s just not reliable enough for everyday banking needs.

Frustrating app

The original app from a couple years ago was so much better. This app is extremely slow and rarely opens on the first go. It constantly freezes resulting in the need to restart the app. So very frustrating. The updates don’t fix the problem and neither does upgrading the iPhone. It is just a terrible app.

Please just fix it

Honestly the worst and most glitchy app I have ever used. Looks nice, but doesn’t work. Gets stuck loading at login as well as any time you’re trying to use any function within the app, requires several force quits and restarts to get anything done. Not sure what bugs the updates are supposed to be fixing because nothing has changed since the app was redesigned.

Very glitchy

Compared to other mobile banking apps, BOQS is not where near them. Half the time I can’t even log on, the other half it takes a good 5 minutes before anything loads. Considering I do most of banking through my phone, I expect better! A bad app deters me from banking with them

New Update No Longer supports Landscape

Why would your make a minor edit to the app that prevents the App from being used in Landscape on an iPad?

The previous version worked well but this change is pointless as everyone uses iPads in Landscape mode, makes App pointless now as can’t use the iPad keyboard, please fix.

Poor response

The app and the website always has issues. If you can log on once every 5 times you are lucky. If you call them they keep asking you to delete the app and reinstall. This doesn’t happen with any of my other banking apps. Need to improve the app and server I think.

App issues

This app is absolutely frustrating. On multiple occasions I have been unable to log in to access my accounts. This happens at least twice a day despite deleting and re-downloading the app several times. I hope this can be fixed soon as it’s very frustrating not having access to your accounts when you need it most. I’ve never had issues like this with other banks’ apps before.
