App doesn’t work and no support
I’ve been with BOQ Specialist for 5 years. In January this year my App stopped working at the same time that money was spent on my VISA account fraudulently. The Visa account was fixed but the App has not worked since. I’ve spoken to support at BOQS at least ten times. They keep saying they’ll ring me back but mostly they don’t, and there is still no solution. I have upgraded to the latest iPhone because they said it was a problem with my phone. But still it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Very buggy
The app has so many bugs it is basically unusable. Any time I try to click into my savings account it crashes. Unable to transfer funds through the app as it takes 2-3 minutes to load and then generates an error message.
It used to be so convenient but after recent updates I’m disappointingly left without a banking app.
Have emailed the generic contact address for BOQ specialist to flag bugs but received no response.

Easy to use and great features
I’m new to the bank. The app is easy to use and navigate.
I was going through my cards in the app and found that you can block your cards or cancel your cards? I’m blown away! I looked for the same in my anz app, it seems like they don’t even have this feature. I no longer need to make a call to put a block on my card.

Good update. Too many bugs
The latest update has improved the app a lot in visual elements but this has come at a cost to usability. The app works when it wants to and in its own time. I have to open the app at least three times to log in and when ordering accounts they do not stay in this order after the app is closed.
It would be good to have messaging on the app and PayID should be expected at this stage.

APPLE PAY IS HERE!
This update 19.8.5 is 👌🏽 it is we’ve been waiting for! Aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and supports Apple Pay! Much better than what it used to be and I’m yet to come across any issues. Thanks team!
Slow response within app

In the last few weeks, significant slow down in the time it takes to access transactions of the account. It takes a minimum of 30 seconds or longer to show up, irrespective of weather you are accessing from wifi or 4G. The performance is unacceptable.

Has bugs which make it pretty but unusually for everyday banking
App does not show Payees entered from the web (only the ones created in the app show up), and then trying to add them in the app gives the error "An existing Payee is found, please select this Payell from the list".....but the list does not show this person.
Not compatible with ios 11 yet
It needs an update for ios 11, as the keyboard doesnt hide when you dont need it anymore, so you have no access to the rest of the page to click or navigate somewhere else.
Plz fix it as its been useless since ios 11 upgrade.

The new update is fantastic. It's so pleasing to see a bank listening to its customers and taking in feedback!

Great enhancements within this upgrade. Love the ability to switch easily between different account holder names.
