Horrible experience- more like a nightmare
I am retired and earned HRA as a post separation benefit. They refuse to pay my healthcare costs - dental insurance premiums and accident insurance premiums. The account is not theirs to deny my legitimate healthcare costs, they must pay the claims but do not. From my experience this is a horrible company to do business with. I am meeting with an attorney to discuss the next steps to legally force them to pay claims (and my attorneys fees).Show lessMobhjg
Easy to Use
App is very convenient and easy to use. Easy to submit claims. I find very convenient to see how the account is doing.Kooky carol
Ridiculous
Absolutely a pain, every time I use the card it is denied and I have to jump through hoops to have it approved. I don’t understand why I have a card at all if I have to submit documentation every time I use it , I could understand if you got a bill from the restaurant or bar. Once a year or less I have skin cancer screening every time it is denied. You can tell the charges are from medical facilities, there has to be a better way. The idea is great tax free, but the stress of using it may not be worth it.Show lessNottimeforthis!!
Inexperienced staff, careless and make frequent errors
I’m usually understanding but after having multiple issues with claims being incorrectly denied, being told they were sorry but they had a lot of new staff and that it was fixed but it wasn’t, I stopped using my HRA funds for valid expenses. It became more of a hassle and took a lot of my time submitting documents that they couldn’t read correctly. I would even tell them in my notes exactly what to look at. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to work with! I’m literally being asked to find a new doctor because I repeatedly have to ask for detailed recites. Our cards are turned off constantly and every receipt is not good enough.meximommy
Inconsistent and not efficient
Unbelievably disappointing to be denied reimbursements that were approved several times in the past. In addition, to be denied a claim because they couldn’t take the time to figure out what items were being requested for reimbursement. I’m not sure what happened to the previous employees that were working, but currently I’m disappointed with what is happening in the last month.Show lessLani 🌺
