I’m tired of using my card at a medical facility then having to send proof with a pic of an EOB to prove my payment. It was used at a medical office, figure it out! I shouldn’t have to look through EOB’s that show up a month or so later, figure out what charges apply and send off the proof to use money that is mine not yours!
