No apple pay ?
I was trying to do a quick order and it was my first time ordering through the app and the process was long. I had to create an account, activate my email via link sent to my email, and added my card information. (no apple pay was allowed). Don’t allow order if store is CLOSED
The app over all is good, easy to use, user friendly however my biggest beef with it, is It would be nice to have the app NOT take your order if the store is closed.
Its happened to me TWICE now. If the store is closed, DON’T accept orders. They take your money but don’t offer up the goods.
Sometimes they’re closed without a reason and on Google it would still say open. If that could be fixed it would be perfect.
Now I’m afraid of ordering in the app and going through this all over again.Show lessSam51423
App is awful
I have never been more inspired to write an app review faster then here with this app. It is awful. Utterly and completely awful.
Create an account to log into the app, then create a [different?] account to be able to place an order. But wait, then you have to email verify that account. Oh, did you already enter CC info before verifying? Yeah, then that got deleted, enter everything all over aging.
Faster to just drive to the store and order in person.

How can the app be this bad
It is 2023 and we had years since COVID to learn who can be mobile ordering and/or delivery well. Somehow this otherwise wonderful company hasn’t invested in fixing their terrible app. Checkout is a nightmare. It constantly returns me to a map in NY. I live in and have only ever ordered in TX. Manually entering a credit card? Setting it to remember the card and my location….is that hard? Picking pictures to verify my identity???

Cannot create an account
I tried to sign up using a strong password created by my iPhone. It would not save the password and I could not create an account.
I just tried again to create an account, but my email address was already being used. So no account for me.

Worst most buggy app I have used in my life.
I have never used an app with this many bugs. I get logged out every time I open the app. the app doesn’t let my copy and paste my password from my password manager because it refreshes every time I go to another app. You cant save your credit card info or use apple pay so you need to manually enter this info every single time you order. The app times out randomly so there’s a good chance all the credit card info you just spent a minute entering gets deleted. These bugs are really frustrating and have made me skip out on vitality bowls on many occasions.Show lessAidan747
Terrible App
Vitality Bowl needs to find themselves a new software engineer to go through the app and do a complete overhaul. It’s very frustrating when the app does not remember your location. For example, I add an Açaí bowl to my bag but then I leave the app to read a text to see what my coworker wants from VB, it makes me select the store location again. Great food, decent app
Apparently you can’t redeem rewards on mobile orders? Idk instead of applying to the items in my car, it said I needed to have the cashier scan it (with a countdown) before I could close the screen. So had to call in, drive, scan, pay, scan rewards. Instead of just ordering in app and picking it up. Should be more intuitive, it’s 2022!Show lessKre8tivthinkr
