App doesn’t recognize my login credentials even though I use the same ones to access the website on my computer. You would think the state would come up with an app that actually works. Zero stars.bonbon1307

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. There is currently much confusion as to this app being linked to the EDD UI claims website. Therefore, if you are meaning to visit the EDD UI website, please contact EDD (https://askedd.edd.ca.gov/) or access this page through the "Read this carefully" popup that appears on the splash screen when you launch the app. This app supports most of the base functionality of the CalJOBs website (https://www.caljobs.ca.gov). Could the credentials that you are using be related to the EDD UI website instead of the CalJOBS mobile application?Pathetic
EDD wants people to go out and look for work while being contagious with COVID-19 they are not taking the pandemic seriously and should be shutdown and replace.cisco1985angels

HOW DO I DLEETE MY ACCOUNT!? There’s no option to do so. The app was useless. It asked for all my information and for what just so I can log in and do nothing?The phone numbers are outdated you can’t contact nobody! These app or the way that they manage what you can write is limited and is you are there waiting for 6 weeks, or for money or to hear from them.
