  • Faulty app

I have never received a reminder/notification despite having that feature toggled on. I have received citations, though the app says I still had time left on the meter. The app does not retain enough parker history info to keep a record (so I could not contest my citation). The option to email myself a receipt would not work. The app says to visit the website for more history, but the text is jumbled as to what website to go to. Any Mobile Meter website I found does not include an option to search parker history. No help or support options within the app (or website), only a list of FAQs that don’t address any of these issues. Disappointing app, not reliable.
  • Convenient

More convenient way to pay for a spot to park in.
  • Inflexible and Possibly Malicious

There isn't an option to end your parking reservation early. If I misjudge how long I'll need parking, I lose money paying for a spot I am not occupying. I don't understand why they have the system like this, except to maintain profit from convenience fees through the transaction. The transaction could be finished at the end of your parking reservation, allowing you to adjust the time (longer or shorter) based on your need. They chose not to do this, and the app is less flexible and more taxing as a result.

This app was introduced here and completely replaced our coin meters. Now we HAVE to pay the more expensive app price, because it charges a convenience fee. I don't appreciate yet another aspect of my life becoming more expensive.
  • Awesome

I really like this app. It comes handy when your a college student on campus it gives you up to two hours and you can reload time on your meter for cheap like buck seventy-five and your good. I’m mad appreciative to the genius who came up with this.
  • Yes!

So easy to use. Love it!
  • Faulty

I installed this app because I was going to be in Champaign for several hours and wanted to be able to park closer to the student union. I found a nearby parking spot, and I used the app to pay for eight hours at the meter (The meter said you could park up to 10 hours there). After about five hours I ran back to my car for something, and was surprised to see that the meter was flashing that it had expired. I’m not sure how long it had been flashing, but it was at the very least, three hours earlier than it should have been. I left a note in my windshield explaining that, with the authorization number for my eight hour transaction, and went back to campus for a couple more hours. I did not receive a parking ticket, but was disappointed to see that the app didn’t work as it should, and I could’ve easily gotten a ticket even though I still had a few hours left that I had paid for.
  • Great parking App

  • Exactly what you want, nothing you don’t

I never would have thought I would review a parking app, but this app is so easy to use, logically laid out, and I’ve never had a single problem with it. The features are great without ever being “bloated.” Super easy to punch in your parking zone, extend a parking session, etc. Use of parking apps isn’t exactly voluntarily, so I appreciate that the devs bothered to do a good job with this one.
  • Crappy UI, Terrible for End Users

This app aims to replace coin based meters by allowing accessible online means of paying for parking. It does provide means of paying, but passes all overhead to the user, charging a convenience fee for each parking payment. The UI is completely outdated.
