Crash on phones
It always crashes on iPhone. I’ve tried my friends’ iPhones and also crashes.

The app doesn’t run on my iPhone 11 or my iPhone 7. It starts, then just closes.

The app hasn’t worked with iOS 13.1.3 for a few weeks now. Kept hoping an update would be pushed but I see nothing has happened. Every time I click on the app icon it starts to open but then automatically closes.

This doesn’t work with iOS 13 that was released a couple weeks ago. The app keeps crashing.

Hi - Kris with City of Champaign here. Developers are aware of the issue in regards to the iOS update. A new version is ready to go, but we are working with a new Apple App Store site to make it available. We are close to resolution!! The mobile website and the phone number still work and have all your information stored. Thanks for your patience!
