Game changer 🔥
I have been loving my workouts on the TRX app! I find it really easy to use, I receive notifications about new workouts and programs which makes me accountable to jump on and do a workout whenever I can! The instructors are very knowledgable and motivate you as if you were in a class environment! I love that there is always new content being released, I’m currently doing the Summer Shred program and loving the variety of workouts..! It’s hard and it pushes me beyond what I would do on my own which is good 😅

Won’t let me redeem my token for my free one year access
Not happy, there is no option to redeem the token (key to free card) that came with the system I purchased. What a rip off!!!!!
Scam
Tried to cancel my membership after free trial and still getting charges on my credit card. It says no membership is associated with my account. Horrible website. Horrible app
App needs to be updated
Saved workouts feature doesn’t work after the last ISO update. Won’t load, won’t open. Tried to write to support in the app and they said the issue could not be reported and to write to customer support. 🙄
Huge fan of TRX
Looking forward to trying this for the first time today! Use the TRX with so many clients & an excellent full body workout guaranteed!
Stealing money
Charging my account without sending email notifications or any correspondence.
I can’t remove my billing details from the app, and when I try (multiple times) to cancel they keep sending me onto different websites outside the app to keep me from doing it.
They know what they’re doing. Shady business.

Unauthorized charges!
I signed up for a free trial in October 2022 and canceled it one month later. Since then they were charging my credit card every month without authorization! I called the bank but they cannot help. Avoid this SCAM
Really Good, But Not Perfect
Overall good app. Few gaps that keep it from being perfect.
- Watch integration is buggy. Stars have to align for the “Start” on the watch to pop up.
- Portrait Mode on iPad. You can go to landscape for the actual workout, but can only interact with the app menus in portrait. Would like to see this changes.
- Saving Workout Programs. I haven’t seen where you can “start a program” or something and save to “my programs”. You can save individual workouts, but each time I want to do the next workout in a program (e.g. Start to Strong) - I have to go through the workout menus and find it all over again.
- Rating Workouts. Peloton app has great functionality here that TRX would do well to mimic. Did you like the class? How hard was it? Did you like the instructor? Can then help you find instructors you like, have better recommendations, etc.

Good but would be better with an exercise section.
Overall it’s really good but would be nice if there was an “exercises” section so you can look through different exercises that focus on different muscles etc.

Drives me nuts to provide my personal email to set up an account, only to learn that nothing is free. Monitization is fine, just let me know before wasting my time.
