Dr. Patel is literally saving my life fighting Sepsis while I wait for my health insurance to start
She has been so incredibly helpful and kind and literally is saving my life. No emergency room took the time to bother to prescribe me antibiotics and I was in the middle of moving and house hunting so I went to the er over 5 times in 3 different states after I sold my house of 15 years. I was so sick that I didn’t even communicate with the emergency rooms exactly what was going on with me.
Dr. Patel stepped right in and listened so patiently and didn’t hesitate to help me. I’m so grateful to her. It’s been quite a struggle for me to fight this infection off but she has been there through it with me every step of the way when I honestly was scared to death that I would die without help.
I’m so grateful to her and I will never forget how she stepped up for me.
She deserves an award for being Doctor of the year.
I finally have hope that it’s gonna be ok and I will live to enjoy my brand new house.

Very slow and they don’t explain if your going to get your prescription
I made a request for a prescription I have had before but I have not got it yet. Or even know if I am gettting it or not. And now it’s Saturday and I still don’t know. At first I did not pay even though I thought I did and I paid and all they had to do is call it in. But who knows really. I get another med off the internet and they are great with the only bad part I have to sign for it. I don’t have insurance so I only get what I need really. I hope I get the medicine but it might take till next week because it’s Saturday.
It seems like a good idea but theses are doctors and nurse practitioners and they are a always a wild card. I hope they get me my medicine but who knows really. The internet is a lot scam and they only want the money but next week we will see????

The best Medical Application you ever need!
I was looking for another doctor to help me with some issues I have that my primary doctor was not addressing as important “TO HIM”, but to me, it was important. I found this Medical App and it has been WONDERFUL, to find a doctor that will listen to you and help you with your health!!! And what’s even crazy, I have never met this person, never been to their office, and yet she is the best!!! Everything you need done over your phone. She will order what ever test needs to be done, order your prescriptions, all at YOUR CONVENIENCE!!!!! You never have to set aside a time to go to the doctor’s office, and go waste your time on someone that does not care!!

Very impressed
So up until this point whenever I felt sick and would go to urgent care it’s a minimum $200 and I would have to leave the comfort of my home to do so. Using push health was easy, only took about an hour from the start process to getting an antibiotic prescription for my sinus infection sent to my local pharmacy. The $70 cost for the consultation was well worth it to me to be able to do it from the comfort of my home and not having to go sit in the waiting room of an urgent care for an hour just to be seen. Highly recommend this program will use it again in the future for sure.

Went Downhill like a burning dumpster fire 🔥
Used this app for well over a year, seamlessly. Then suddenly I was asked to send them an absurd video with todays date and a mirror and a scale , like some off the wall never happened before request. Then.. out of the blue, within the very same day that I submitted the request , despite working a full time job , I was told to answer their questions and upload this insane video of myself , and Then before I had a chance to respond to the questions , my entire request was canceled. No one ever told me why. I was never given a reason or explanation.. it was rude , unprofessional, and even when I asked for a response, I was ghosted . And again I have been a paying customer FOR OVER A YEAR! And that’s how I was treated , if you want a decent rx request website/ app - find another one - this one used to be good. But not anymore !!!!

Love Push Health
I absolutely love Push Health and the concept of making health care easy and affordable. It has helped me tremendously with my weight loss journey and goals and I can’t say enough about it.
The only change I would make is that it asked you questions in the form where you will out for your vitals and that works great as you just click on the box and fill out. But if additional questions are needed to be answered they text it but want you to copy in the same form which is easy but most but it would be better if the had the same form where you fill in the box it would be easier.

Simple and accessible
I have used PUSH Health for a year and have loved it. Connecting with a healthcare professional was a challenge for me with a busy lifestyle and was almost impossible to be seen due to my schedule with work and family. PUSH made it possible for me to connect with a professional, made it easy to communicate and obtain a needed prescription. The only disadvantage is that there is a cost each time you need assistance from your physician. My cost was $99 and this is more than my insurance co-pay however, it was acceptable for me since I didn’t mind paying for convenience of being able to be seen by a professional due to my schedule. I also did not have to pay any monthly subscription such as other telehealth providers.

A hidden medical gem!
Oh my goodness, a colleague shared this with me and oh boy am I glad she did! It’s awesome! Fast, effective, simple and from the comfort of my own home! My primary physician didn’t have any openings and suggested that I let my illness which she thought was a virus, run its course. I didn’t like this and knew it was bacterial and I needed an antibiotic. Push health doctors communicated via chat to assess my symptoms and provide me with meds to help. Called into the pharmacy and viola! I was feeling better in like 24hrs!! Great for those that work full time or have responsibilities where they can’t just be out sick for long periods of time or don’t need to always take off for doctors visits. Will definitely use them again!

An amazing resource!!
I have used Push a number of times over the past 4 years. It’s a huge relief to be able to count on them in between regular doctor visits.

Lacking communication
The first message I received was not a hi how are you, or what can I help you with, or let’s talk about why you are wanting this certain prescription… but it was about the price of what I wanted and how insurance wouldn’t cover it, no other context to even get to know me. When I had mentioned I was referred to this app no comment was made about how the app worked or what to expect from it. I was asked to call around myself to find a compounding pharmacy I had no clue where to start. Replies are sometimes within a couple hours or even a day. I don’t know what to expect continuing with this site, it’s been 4 days of corresponding and still have no answer on what to do or where to go from here. No pricing, no options, no clarifying what the person messaging me is to do, no introduction in who I am even speaking with.
