Was looking to try this out

For my neighborhood fitness group (15-25 people) But then I read the reviews of the constant assault of pop-ups making it unusable. I understand why they try to upsell but it sounds like you aren’t given the chance to even try what the app does.

As annoying as those ads may be, I thought the developer responses to user concerns were even more annoying - basically, we are not going to listen or take you review or concerns into consideration because we want you to spend $ to buy premium.

I’m not even a user and these reviews/responses tell me user concerns don’t matter. I’ll save myself and my group the pop-up, upsell drama and save valuable phone space for a company that listens to its users and isn’t out to just make a buck at all costs.

Unfortunately I am unable to sync between my 2 iPhones no notes on how to do this, would be appreciated thanks for any tips...😩

Fantastic

This is fantastic app, it has crashed a couple of times...and it would be great if the voice could be heard over my own music once the screen locks, will save me having to look at my phone every time it vibrates...also knowing what’s coming up like 5 minute warm up, 20 mins standard pace etc would be a great advantage....I’m using the free version and for those who say the app asks for payment details...click later at the top right...you have ads but they are bearable....fantastic job, not ready to purchase subscription yet I don’t like subscribing to software....I would definitely pay if it was a decent one off cost....fantastic job anyway team...I do love it!!

What an amazing app. 😀 I've been using it on an off for some time. But this is the first time that I have started using everything on the app. What's more it's ££££ = free and you don't need to Pay for the extra service if you don't want it.

:So it logs the amount of calories you can eat each day
:It shows the nutrition values of what you're consuming so you know if you go over or under.
:You can add steps to monitor your exercise and it will add the deductions automatically
:You can also add your weekly weight loss
:You can create recipes and meals and what I love about this part, etc if you cook a meal for four people the whole meal 🥘 totalling 1300 calories it will allow you to add a quarter of the whole calories rather than you having to measure it out

What more could you asked for spot-on guys well done 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Automatically subscribes even after app’s deleted

Downloaded under pretense of a free trial. Reviewed and decided it wasn’t for me, so deleted the app. Opened an email a few days later to see I’d been charged a premium subscription, which begins 7 days after a free trial. This subscription is automatically created for you. Just be warned you need to cancel this subscription, even if you delete the app.

Hello! Exactly! You should cancel the subscription before removing the app since the membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the trial period. You can check this info in the settings of the app.

Quit demanding money!

Could not update my settings—ever! Kept getting the upgrade now pop up and if I said no thanks a different pop up came up. I won’t swear but it starts with F and ends with F. Could even try it to see if I liked it.

Hi Kelly! Sorry to hear you've experienced so much inconveniences. The training plan is absolutely free with ads, however Premium Membership removes all the ads and unlocks access to 1000+ cool music mixes adjusting to your workout. Keep working out!

Wow, this is awful

I’ve not left review before, but I’m so annoyed by this app, it’s time I started. Firstly it looks like it’s free but it’s not. You can either pay the regular subscription or get a week free before paying premium. There’s no way in the app I can find to cancel. 2nd the American accent used to give instructions is over the top abrasive I can’t bring my sled to use it. Thirdly they tell you they create a 12 week plan for you, but I can’t actually look over the plan easily and see what gains I should expect or time I should be allocating to plan for it.

Be careful when downloading will be charged £9.99

I down loaded this more just wanting to have a look. Wasn’t for me so deleted it next thing I know I’m being charged £9.99! Just be very careful to me this is a bit of a con there are plenty of other apps out there much cheaper which do the same thing I wouldn’t have gone near it if I thought I would have been charged £9.99 for a months subscription. In my opinion this was very sneakily done and I am now out of pocket with out any use of the app

Extremely tricky company

Be very careful.
Once you open the app you’re automatically signed up and unless you’re very observant and careful you will be charged automatically. A very sneaky process and as soon as I realised what had happened a canceled it immediately without going any further and deleted the app.
I don’t trust it at all.

Don’t bother unless you want to pay!

The developers say you can use this app for free but you can’t. I’ve tried several times & still all I know how to do is upgrade to premium....for the same price as I could get a basic gym membership for I might add. Total waste of time. Your app is probably great for what you designed it for but as a beginner I just want a freebie for now as I have my own music.

Either advertise it properly so the people who would be happy to go straight to Premium can get the benefit of it or explain how to get past the aggressive push & use the app (ads & all) because it seems no one but you know how to do it!! Never mind responding with contact our customer service, come on people it's an app it shouldn't be this complicated. It's far quicker to delete & find a more user friendly one.
