  • EquatePlus is as lame as it gets

All the options are there except the ones needed in tracking the portfolio over time, listing the status of options and their expiry in a convenient way - everything is done to hide what is going on from the user. There are plenty of apps there which give similar functionality except they are not part of compushare excessive fee charging scheme.

Dear MaPoLoMa, We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with our new version of EquateMobile. Our new version is a complete new app based on new technology and improved performance with a completely redesigned user interface. In order to bring the new improved technology and design early to our users, we had to prioritize the features. But this version is just the first step and the basis on which we now can introduce many new improvements that are planned to be made available in the next months. The next version is already scheduled to be available by the end of the month and it will bring new functions that we expect will be useful for you. We hope you will like the improvements in the next version and that this will provide you with a better experience. Please continue providing us with feedback on the future versions! Kind regards, EquateMobile Team
  • Can't add bank account

The app complains that you haven't given enough information about your bank when you've given all the information you know and that the banks customer service has given you in response to your queries, and on top of that it doesn't tell you what information you need to add that you haven't already added. Ugh. 😑

Dear theycallmesimba, We are sorry to hear you were having problems to access our EquateMobile app. We have released a new version of the app on the 1st May. The login issue should have been fixed. Please install this version and let us know at equatemobile-support@equatex.com if you still are having issues. Kind regards, EquateMobile Support Team
  • App will not let me login

At first, I thought I got hacked. Then I tried logging in via the website using the same exact user ID and password I’ve been trying on the app, and I was able to login. I’m selling all my vested shares immediately since I don’t trust the infrastructure behind EquateMobile; it may just lock me out of my account one day.

  • No ability to save login info?

This app is horrible. You can’t save your info for easy use. It can’t leverage your phone’s biometric security features. Every time I try to log in the app is unavailable and I’m told to use the mobile web version, which *must* be viewed in landscape mode? Who does that?
  • Keychain login

Does not work seamlessly on iOS as it should - still, after multiple revisions! The password entry portion always requires tapping a second time in the field and the again tapping login.
  • Face ID not working

Face ID option not working with the app and each time we have to remember the credentials to login. Also, it is not clear on how much be the charges for selling the RSU equity available in the account as already tax is deducted while making the RSUs available to account.
  • Please bring back the graph feature

The previous version was much better with the ability to see the graph. Now you can only see what’s currently in your portfolio. Can’t see what it was on a certain date etc. bring back the graph.

Dear Libeastmo, We have reviewed your feedback and updated the app. The newest version of EquateMobile now includes an interactive price chart. If you have not done so already, please install the latest version that was released on 5 December. If you are happy with the addition of interactive price chart, please update your review. We would love to hear more from you if you have additional feedback. You can email us at equatemobile-support@equatex.com. Kind regards, EquateMobile Support Team
  • No return for high fees paid to EquatePlus and ComputerShare

Can’t even track balance over time.

The good news after years of trying (July 2022) they managed to fix the login and you are not stuck in a loop and scrambled text requiring a hard reset of the app. Congrats.
  • New version is worthless

I don’t write reviews, but this recent change is horrible.
It took a good app, that showed the future payouts and timing, and stripped it of all forward looking data.
It’s just a general summary now, with only a 90 day outlook.
The point of LTIs is the fact that they are LONG TERM, not just 90 days in the future, but years.
    Bad call with the redesign.
