Log in errors abound
Constant Log in errors (both manual and with Face ID) when desktop website has no login problems. Looks like this is a long-standing issue based on previous reviews.Discerning User
Even worse than website
Impressively, they have managed to make an app that is even worse than their website. Buttons that do nothing - such as the forgot password button.
Based on the poor quality of their website and the lackluster customer service, it’s a mystery how these guys stay in business.Bill Jablonsky
Can’t login! Waited 2 months for my password and can’t login!
I keep getting the message: “Unable to log you in. Please check your network connection and try again.”
I did everything they suggested to fix the issue:
1. Checked my connection: it’s fine
2. Restarted my phone: did this and checked for updates
3. Checked my server: it’s fine
My point being that this app doesn’t work. That’s why it has a horrible rating. If your team can help me login, I will gladly amend my review.

Poor login performance
The app seems to have bugs that prevent successful login. Unfortunately this is not a new issue but is going on for 2 years now. I hope that someone on the app development/maintenance team feels responsible to solve this.Silber Peterhorn
Graph doesn’t add up and they admit it
I had a five digit $ number disappear from the graph from my portfolio.
When I asked them to investigate where my money went, they responded a week later, that it is a known issue that the graphs in the app may not add up and I should stick to my statement instead.
If it the add isn’t able to add, why have the app in the first place?

Functional app

Errors Blank
Can't login and the error bubble is blank. I have no clue what is wrong. Able to login using same credentials on website.kenshinxlt
App needs a lot of work
Sorry to say it but this app is probably the worst financial app I have ever used. I hope the developers are honest with themselves and get to work enhancing the functionality of this important appDavid Litt
Works great but quite to improve
App is working great and Ui is simple but functional. Couple of things immediately based on usage:
- I can definitely see why other reviews are so bad. If someone directly logs into mobile app without knowledge of userid/password reset, its big hassle. So a help guide for SSO customers on mobile login screen as how/where to find it would be great
- Why mobile app doesn’t support “transfer” type in transaction?
- More meaningful and customizable graphs on home screen would be great
- Mobile app allows setting “default” type in Financial details but web app doesn’t. Why such discrepancy?
