Most of the installation get plus. Attaching the camera to its base does require some manipulation. The included strap helps. Camera works well and the modern style fits well with our modern home. Indoor Camera
Set up was Easy… have it work consistently, it’s easy, since it stops constantly. Says I have the incorrect power adapter a few times a day, says my camera is disconnected, more than a few times a day… all this being 4 feet from my router. It also say my phone is not at my house when it’s in my Hand a foot from the camera…. Called support, no help. Back to my Arlos for trouble free security.Show lessAlwaysrelax
Good security cam
I think it is the best picture quality one can get at this price range. Design is sleek and modern, technical it is very well equipped and easy to install. Only downside I would say is u need power, it does not operate on batteries. This means u can not place it anywhere u like.B.M. Music

I shopped HARD for an outdoor smart camera. And finding one that was comparable with HomeKit was a MUST. I know the price tag is a bit more then a Ring or whatever else seems to be the mainstream gadget, but in this case you get what you pay for. I LOVE my Netatmo Prescence. So much more then I ever thought I would.
Beautiful picture, fast live stream with no lag whatsoever. It also differentiates people, animals, cars, and standard “motion” and the notifications tell you which it detects. Not many other smart cams do this and the ones that do DO NOT do it well. Night vision is perfect. I actually prefer it to the light at night. It’s SO clear.
Speaking of he light...it’s fantastic. So bright I keep it dimmed to a lower setting usually. Will turn on when motion is detected if preferred.
I have SO many more things I love about this product but I’m going to wrap it up, before ppl start to think I’m a paid Netatmo employee or something lol, (joking of course, I really do love this product THAT much) and I’ll leave you with this last one, and it’s a HUGE one...this camera stores it’s data on a SD card, and it encrypts it! NO SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY! I can’t tell you how rare that is. And of course, if you prefer, you can store the data (encrypted of course) onto Dropbox or another preferred cloud storage OR an FTP server.
Never owned a Netatmo product before this. Took a leap and got it...best choice I ever made for a smart home device.

Great doorcam, easy to setup
Took less than an hour to setup and can record video without an extra service. Could be better if it recorded video at the start of motion detection, as of now it starts the recording midway in the action.IanMcClain

Poor app and only get video of peoples back
About a month ago I installed the new doorbell. Unfortunately I only get the side shoulder and back of most deliveries and people who make their way to the door. This certainly wouldn’t be helpful if someone was being malicious. Also when getting alerts - when opening the app to view live video the app just crashes! No useful at all! Works as described
We have an issue with homeless people using an alcove as their bathroom. We installed this camera to monitor and detect when someone came into the alcove. We get an alert and use the app to sound the alarm. Be aware there is a 20-30 second delay from the time to activate the alarm until it actually sounds. We suspect this is more of a cellular issue than product issue. The other issue is the period we need the alarm to sound (off business hours) cannot be scheduled. Alerts can be scheduled, but the auto alarm cannot be scheduled. If it could, the lag issue would be eliminated. Hopefully a software update can be provided soon so the alarm can be scheduled to automatically sound during scheduled off hours.Show lessBlueSkyCliff
Excellent HomeKit Camera
There aren’t very many HomeKit cameras that can do facial recognition with configurable storage without a monthly fee - except Netatmo Welcome
Setup is a breeze. Picture quality is OK - better than SD, but not as clear as the web ads would like you to believe, but adequate for what I need.
Only improvement I can recommend is having the Welcome auto-arm when you are away from the home by tying into your phones location service instead of clicking on it.
