My family and I got Bruno mars tickets that we very pricey a month prior to the concert and the day of we were having trouble accessing the tickets and right before we were about to just get new tickets they sent through not even 30 minutes before the concert but majority of these comments say that they weren’t able to get their tickets. Very disappointing don’t get the app if you don’t wanna be stressing out.

Viagogo can’t sell tickets in many countries (Germany, for example), but still you can find tickets there.

Scam company - scam customer support
I bought Taylor swift tickets for over 5000 dollars. They didn’t send me my tickets. I reached out to customer support 4 times. Long story short, They said they couldn’t access my tickets offered me an upgrade and instead they canceled my tickets and hung up the phone on my face. I called back 3 times and was hung up on again 3 times. I will be suing. Terrible company terrible service. Breach of consumer protection laws. I had paid for flights + hotel for the concert. Never use them.

Fraud app
I booked Adelaide Australia India test match through this website. It issued fake tickets. I was not allowed entry at the gates. Upon further investigation the staff at Adelaide oval informed me that this app have issued several bogus tickets. There have been numerous cases since past few hours.

The best!!!
Bought Taylor swift tickets a week before her concert. 72 hours before the show they were transferred to me and I was let into the concert perfectly fine. They were so much more affordable than other resale sites!!!
Didn’t receive my ticket
I purchased 3 tickets for Chris Tomlin concert a month ahead and was promised to be delivered on the day of concert but never got one. I went to the ticket both onsite while the concert already started, but was told they couldn’t help since Viagogo is 3rd party. I went on to buy a separate ticket with Ticketmaster instead then I later asked for full refund from Viagogo. I’ve missed 25 min of the concert because of this. This is my first time and my last with Viagogo. Not a good experience and will be stuck in my mind for many years to come.

Do not use viagogo, they are absolutely horrible. They say they have a guarantee to get you equal tickets or better if they do not go through. That is absolutely not the case. They will just refund you the money— that doesn’t help if you actually want to go to the show. You only talk to representatives all over the world. There are no supervisors and they can’t do anything to help you. They are absolutely horrible. Do not use! Do not use! Do not use!

Great experience, tickets were delivered 2 days before the show, crazy painful fees on these shows but that’s all platforms.
Did not get scammed
I bought 2 $300 tickets to Travis Scott 2 days before the show, I was worried that I would be scammed but everything was smooth. I received the tickets in just a few hours after purchase and had no issues getting into the stadium. Not to say everyone would have the same experience, but I would use this website again.
