Pickup orders
I like the app, it’s a great, easy to use app, but for some reason it keeps defaulting to pickup. I’ve had at least three orders I’ve had to either reorder or go pick up in person because even though I initially clicked delivery, it reverted back to pickup. It’s very frustrating and makes me not want to order again.

App is garbage
I’ve tried to order from multiple Johnny’s locations and the app never works. Sometimes it says the location is closed when it’s not. Tonight it went into an endless loop stating I needed to add delivery instructions, when in fact I did. Developers please fix
Not my favorite this time
Last month my wife and I visited the location in Bonaire ga. Atmosphere was wonderful. Service was great. The pie. Was perfect. The crust had char and the cheese was golden brown. I mean perfect. Tonight. Placed an order for delivery. Wow what a disappointment. The dough was too thick and undercooked, just not up to the last standards. My kids took one bite and said no this isn’t good pie. Well live and learn and hopefully next time things will be up to par. Remember guys don’t rush your food. People will wait for great food

Infuriating App!
I wanted to repeat my previous order, with a different credit card. I successfully entered the new card info. When I got to the end of the order, it said the cannoli were sold out. I had to go all the way back to the BEGINNING of the order to remove it. Then it made me repeat the CCV and address for the new card. It wasn’t until I got to Order Received that I noticed it had not included the tip, for which I had previously entered a cash amount, nor had it prompted me to enter a tip the second time thru. That left us scrambling for a cash tip after the order had already been submitted. If you’re going to make me go back to the beginning, at least include the tip prompt again!

2meat deluxe calzones
I eat here a lot. Today we got the smallest calzones we ever got. They barely had any meat in them. The one didn’t have any cheese in it. We were gravely disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be back again. It just wasn’t worth the money
Notification Badge
Any app that makes it virtually impossible to dismiss a notification gets 1 star from me. Being stuck with a notification badge that you can’t get rid off os the worst!

This place is awesome! Great food and great service. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff is which makes the food that much more enjoyable!
Why have this app?
Not a very good app. It loses track of points and does not offer much of an incentive. 5 dollars off after getting 100 points? No thanks! I wanted zero stars, but one was the minimum I could choose.
